Hunter's Gallery
A store that sold through a personal WhatsApp without keeping any records. Today it has a catalog, internal management, invoicing with ARCA and an assistant that drafts replies for a person to approve.
Context
Hunter’s Gallery is a sporting goods store in Córdoba that sold through a personal WhatsApp, without keeping any records.
What I built
The whole system, on my own and in stages:
- Public catalog: customers build their order and send it to the store’s WhatsApp.
- Internal management: orders and invoicing with ARCA (Argentina’s tax agency), from WhatsApp to the invoice.
- WhatsApp assistant: drafts replies to inquiries and a person approves them before they’re sent.
Built with
Next.js, Node and MongoDB, with language models for the assistant.
Outcome
The store went from a personal chat to a system with a catalog, records and invoicing. I’ve been in charge of development since 2024. Screenshots are from the public site; the internal system isn’t shown.
