Thousands of repeated student questions: accounts, access, procedures. Assistants that answer from the official manuals and hand off to a person when they don't know.
Context
The IT Office (PSI) of the National University of Córdoba gets thousands of repeated questions from students about accounts, access and procedures. The answers already exist, spread across manuals and FAQs.
What I built
Assistants that answer from the official manuals and FAQs (RAG): they help people use the systems and recover their accounts. When they don’t have the answer, they say so and hand the question off to a person.
Built with
Python and LangGraph, on top of language models with document retrieval (RAG).
Outcome
Answers that come from official sources, and an assistant that knows when it doesn’t know.
