Vehicle paperwork

Offices that take and reconcile payments by hand, with no trace of who did what. Portal with cashier, receipts and AI-assisted bank reconciliation; everything audited. I built the audit log, the cashier module and the exceptions queue.

Context

Vehicle paperwork offices in Colombia charged and reconciled payments by hand, with no record of who did what.

What I built

In a team of three, we built a portal with identity and access management (IAM), auditing, cashier, receipts and AI-assisted bank reconciliation. My part: the audit log, the cashier module and the exceptions queue, where a person resolves what the automatic reconciliation can’t close.

Built with

Next.js and TypeScript, with language models to suggest reconciliations.

Outcome

Every payment and every change is recorded along with who made it.

Portal screens with sample data: bank reconciliation, cashier, audit log and receipts
Cashier: pending receipts to collect, the open till and the shift's movements
Reconciliation exceptions queue: each unresolved payment with the AI suggestion and its confidence
Audit log: who did what, when, on which resource and with what outcome
